I recently purchased a Palit 2080 Ti gaming pro from a competitor but they sent me the Palit 2080 Ti dual instead. I contacted them straight away through their live chat system. The person on the other end wanted me to take pictures of the box, the front and back of the card, and the box it was delivered in. Now this was done about 12.00 noon on friday, the person said it could take 24 to 48 hours for them to get back in touch. Now in the emails and on their site it clearly showed what card I had ordered. I have checked the site today and on the order form it's now saying the Palit 2080 Ti dual. Even in the emails it says gaming pro,.but now on the link in the email it's saying dual. Luckily I print screened the order form (before they,ve changed it).
Tbh at this moment in time I would just rather cancel and ask for my money back and I will buy from here, a bit more expensive but never had any issues over almost at least 15 years of buying stuff here.
Are they trying to cover up their mistake? or am I getting nervous for a reason? I couldn't contact them over the weekend because they are closed.

Sounds like they made a mistake on the listing, corrected it, and haven't got back to you yet.

Since it's not the card you wanted, return it and under reason put 'wrong item'.

Was it *Buyer.

Had issues with them, support arguing with me, it is compatible, you just need some parts that aren't provided and aren't yet available :p

I knew I should have ordered from here, just wanted a to save some cash. They better not say I have to pay postage.
Won't be buying from there again, not anything substantial anyway.

Ive never had a prob with them, even when having to return stuff.

I think you are just getting nervous as you say, if its only been about a couple of days, least give em a chance.

You have nothing to worry about mate.

Yeah, until I contact them again, I should give them the benefit of the doubt. Just a lot of money. Hate things not being resolved.

I wouldn’t even get into a conversation.

Just request RMA.

Reason: wrong card sent

It’s that simple.Do it now...right now...

Request RMA online right now...

Yeah they make you jump through hoops to getting any kind of service, it's a a tactic to try and **** of the consumer so they will give up in the end.

Just want my money back now. If there was anything ever wrong with the card(2080 Ti, say no more lol)) and I had to RMA it and deal with them,..no chance. They send out the wrong item, and Ive had to take photos of the card the box it came in the serial numbers,.why?

This is exactly why i always recommend buying everything with a credit card as they always have your back when i comes to this kind of thing. Fingers crossed it gets sorted ASAP
