That company had the infamous bonus for the rep that reject the most returns/refused the most RMA request...Thanks me too. I will report back tomorrow, when I call them.
I bought a SSD from them and it failed within 3 months. When I requested RMA they didn't want to know and washing their hands clean, flopping me off telling me to sort it out myself with the manufacturer.
