That company had the infamous bonus for the rep that reject the most returns/refused the most RMA request...

I bought a SSD from them and it failed within 3 months. When I requested RMA they didn't want to know and washing their hands clean, flopping me off telling me to sort it out myself with the manufacturer.

Yeh, these and that infamous company based in Bolton are to be avoided at all costs IMO.

What's the issue with the Bolton company? I've never had an issue returning anything to them?

As a general rule, I always phone the returns/customer support line of a company before ordering from them. If you can't get through, keep away. Historically, for me, Bolton have generally been better than Overclockers.

That said, where Overclockers have everyone beat, is this forum. It's awesome how active and helpful Overclockers & supplier reps are here, as well as other members. Probably why you can't get through on the phones sometimes ;)
