Can you upload he PSD and exlplain what you did?

@ OP

Do those 6 pipes need to be in line like asim's version, or can they go behind the other ones and into square holes in the rig platform like the original pipes?

I think it could be either way. My boss wasn't very specific and he would probably be surprised to see the 6 pipes even on the image...

I have a feeling (based on the layout of the platform) that they could go behind as you suggest. It would probably look a bit better.

I'l re-upload them there to make up for my grievous error!

Anyway, heres my take on it: (clicky for bigger)

Outstanding! How did you get them so clean and straight? I fiddled about it when I got home but my results have been extremely messy...
Do you mind posting the .PSD?

Thanks so much.

Oil rigs are cool. :D
It's funny, cos I've draughted most of the instruments and stuff inside that platform on P&IDs, but the stuff I do is so abstract from the real thing that I forget what they look like sometimes.

Addendum:
In case anyone was still wonder why we need a 4th leg - the Galata platform is actually triangular and only has 3 legs, even though it looks like there's one behind the middle leg. Or at least, that's what I'm told.

Make the back post lighter, it doesnt need to be that dark, and colour in the top of the last of the 6 poles on the right.. it finishes and there is light above it.. and then its good to go!
