What heatsink have you got atm? Stock?
Also, what is the airflow in your case like?
Even a huge heatsink wont help much if your case is jammed in a tight corner with loads of crap piled on top of it. Try running it out in the open with the side off and see if that helps.
Clean your heatsink also, get all the dust off it. If you have fresh thermal paste, clean the bottom as well (and top of cpu obviously) and apply some fresh paste. You're most likely better off having too little paste than too much paste.
Tidy up the cabling inside your case as well.
