My favourite:

Take a screenshot of the desktop
Invert the image with any image editing program
Hide all icons from the actual desktop
Use the inverted image as a wallpaper
Invert the graphics card input to the monitor.

Guess what happens next

Nerd goes to the computer, uninverts the graphics card inputs, deletes the wallpaper and restores desktop icons.

invert it to make it upside down, then invert graphics to make it rightside up, but with mouse going backwards..

oh, and don't forget to switch mousebuttons

Think it will make it more realistic this way. Change tracking options so that mouse moves correctly but clicking on icons doesn't do anything.

When I'm feeling mean I have the computer double up on a particular letter or do something like type the word **** (you work it out

) when the letter 'f' is hit. Can become quite funny watching the frustration.

You could also plug in a secondary wireless mouse and control it with your feet.
