Computer randomly freezing.-Help needed PLEASE.

By the way- is Amd Northbridge warning anything to worry about? I am still on warranty for my computer parts till May (I hope), but I am solely depending on others to help me with this. I hate turning my machine off with the power button, and its very worrying for a person like me that doesn't know a thing about hardware.

i wouldnt worry too much about the warning personally, as you are also getting wireless adaptor warnings too, so i think its just instability somewhere and windows not diagnosing very well. see if you can get to the root of the problem and then go from there, may is still some months off, so, if you are still getting issues after repasting the cpu or swapping out gfx if that turns out to be the problem, then you can consider sending mobo back under warrenty.
do you know what motherboard you have?

This may be worth mentioning- sometimes when loading my computer up and when its on desktop- it can have a 'minifreeze' where It freezes for about 20 seconds before I regain control again. This could very easily be a scaled down version of the full blown freeze up.

ok, there is some good news and some bad news with that print screen.
good news, nothing seems abnormal

im guessing there was no pixalating or anything whilst running 3dmark?
was it 3dmark 11, and did you run ALL tests including cpu?

I ran the basic test on 3dmark. It went through the deep sea benchmark, and moved to the jungle one.
I think it did pixelate a bit, and it was slightly jerky on the start of the jungle benchmark.

However I use games such as Bad Company 2, Crysis etc- And I don't experience graphics lag on there. Max settings with my Ati Radeon HD 5700.

it didnt do the tumbling towers or anything?
i feel it might of only done the 2 gfx tests and not the cpu and combined tests, which would explain why cpu didnt get hot.

yeh your speedfan temps are a tad confusing, it doesnt look like its reading your sensors, which isnt uncommon.

if its only getting to 54C whilst under use then temps again dont seem to be the issue, which makes this an odd one.
do you get any blue screens or is it just lockups?

Just lockups, but I think there were possibly a few blue screens in the errors logs?

FML- while playing Minecraft with friends, bam. Just froze. 4 times today. After the problem disappearing for about a week, how can It just return like this? :L

does seem a bit wierd that it dissapears for long periods before returning.
for me i would follow these steps :
1. reset bios to make sure nothing has accidently been altered
2. reseat and repaste the heatsink and fan
3. reseat all ram sticks
4. reseat all internal cards and remove any that are not required (ie modem)
5. give the inside a good clean
6. backup all files and reinstall windows

that should eliminate everything bar faulty component, from then on in, stress test everything until you find a weak spot or the problem goes away.

if you are at a loose end today and want to run some tests i would recommend a bash with :
OCCT
IntelBurn
3dmark (not sure if the free one allows you to run all the test but the cpu one shoud be selected)
memtest for 2-5 cycles
ugine heaven benchmark
super pi

ummmm if you can find MSI Afterburner then the Kombustor part of that is good for testing gfx stability.
