You could try setting the frequency manually if you disable xmp profile but things become unstable and you may have to reset the bios.
What bios version do you have ? as updating he bios may fix issuies but does come with risk.

F23f is really old latest is f50e check but read the description on updates as you cant just jump to the latest.

i need to do all them manualy. i did use the bios tool but it only updated to 23f..

Yes do it from the bios and on a usb drive but please read the description of all the bios versions before as it looks like you have to update to f31 first then f40 and so on.

i have tried using q flash but it dont let me select the file even tho i have it on a USB drive.. does the usb drive need to be fat32. i can use the @BIOS to update but i know it risky. (stress)
sorted it changed the USB to fat32 and now its working. wish me luck

i have updated to f40 when i enable XMP the computer crashes.
it dont or wont let me manually set the speed. just crashes when i enable xmp.

when i enable the XMP in the bios and save and exit the computer crashes and resets the bios.. at this rate a new motherboard if looking like the only option
Go to the M.I.T set XMP then change system memory multiplier from auto to 30.
its now running at 3000mhz, hopefuly its working now and dont crash
Not being able to run the full 3200mhz is probably down to the weak memory controller on the 2700X. the zen 2/3 chips have a better memory controller so if you upgraded to say a 3700X in the future you'd most likely find 3600mhz is achievable.its now running at 3000mhz, hopefuly its working now and dont crash
