Acer have some impressive monitors coming for Christmas, 200Hz 3440x1440 30-35" displays.

But this bad boy was incredible 38" 3860x1600 24:10 display:

Nice pics! 101 looks fantastic in that shot, and that R2D2 is awesome.

That monitor is a beauty too, I daren't know the price :p

Welcome to an opinion of course but they are ahead of Asus now and our returns rates are lower on Acer than Asus, though not much in it and both could be better.
 
it was just from experience, Many products many RMA's

cool, its nice to know they are doing better now!.

might have to give them another shot in the future :)

Wow, see if they'll let you hook up that new 8Pack machine to it. It might be the only thing powerful enough to run that full chat, assuming the 200Hz wasn't a typo :eek:

I have always stuck by ASUS as I have never had a monitor fail.

However looking at Ultra Wides I have been considering the Acer which is over £200 cheaper than the ASUS.

Not to mention ASUS are reminding me of Apple by charging outragious prices for their name and even more for that ROG Tax, Which doesn't make me want to support them.

Opinions are like *********, everybody's got one :D

I loved my X34, but the XB321HK *just* edged it for me! The clarity of modern 4k games is stunning imo, plus I'm loving 4k TV eps :cool:

Now a 40" UW 5120res with Gsync? THAT would be tempting!! 18 months away I reckon though...

NOICE! Details on the 38"? seems to be capped at 75FPS on the screen? Any rough pricing?
