Acer have some impressive monitors coming for Christmas, 200Hz 3440x1440 30-35" displays.
But this bad boy was incredible 38" 3860x1600 24:10 display:
Very interesting indeed! IPS or VA? G-Sync/Freesync varieties presumably?
The one pictured must be the 37'5 VA LG panel that has been known about for a while? 14ms response time though, last I heard, which isn't exactly good for gaming.

It'll probably make the 1080 FE look as cheap as an RX 480 by comparison lol. Best case scenario it replaces the current £1k monitors and those get a bit cheaper, but very unlikely methinks. Also, the 8-pack picture where he shows off his own "8-pack" (XD) was hilarious. I'm surprised they let him do that.
Why be surprised? No harm was done and no one here really cares, the girl was happy also, a good laugh!

Gibbo other than the resolution, do you have any other statistics? Freesync, DP1.3/1.4, HDR?
Am guessing 75Hz IPS with adaptive sync but way to early to confirm. The 200Hz are DP1.3 and 3440x1440 but these are 35" and smaller.
