I say no more.

Team just don't want it anymore, however, I still stand by my statement at the start of the thread, before it started, going on the 2006 team. There are no easy WCs.

This team has a lot of similar players, just 3 years old, and they don't care.
a lot of them have won the WC already, and seem to have no desire to push again.

Onwards and Upwards, team rebuild pls Lippi.

If you're talking about Italy then you can't blame it on lack of desire after winning the WC, that's absurd.

The team are old and there's far too many average players there and too few world class players, I can count 1 (Pirlo).

It is how they are playing, that they do not care. I did also mention their age and how they are past it.

Grosso should also burn.
 
Looks like FIFA will try and ban those stupid horns according to skysports news...just ran a piece on it and it seems like FIFA wants to ban them as they are highly annoying...dont blame them as they are annoying.

Totally agree with you, their team are too old and don't seem to care about reresenting their country. I'd be extremely concerned if I was an Italian fan right now, there don't seem to be any promising young players coming through the ranks for Italy, except for Rossi and De Silvestri. I can see them fielding a very similar team at the WC next year!

I've been really impressed with Brazil during this tournament, they have so many talented players they can call on, and everyone seems keen to play and win. Surely top three teams at next year's world cup should be Brazil, Spain, and England?!
 
Commentary a couple of seconds ahead of picture is pretty annoying as well. BBC3 on Satellite.

How are things on freeview?
