if your not into downloading, then virgin is a contender, however, if you a bit-torrent fiend like me, there is only one ISP, and thats BE.

on 20MB connection speed u get 3GB bandwidth limit in peak time (4pm till 12am) if u go over your 3GB bandwidth limit your speed will drop down to 5MB for 4 hours
Your gonna want to get patch. Crossover is just for PC to PC sorta thing, you wont need it if your using a router. and i think a lot of devices these days can actualy use patch as crossover if needs be, but dont hold me to that.

Cat6 is only needed for >1gbit networks afaik
