Connection issues whilst gaming affecting audio too.

Right so im unsure of how to fix this issue, so ill be playing games like valorant, and ill be fine for like 10 minutes but eventually my audio starts cutting out, so i can barely hear the game, and it doesnt stop at all, sometimes when it happens my discord mic stops working for a little while too, its like some sort of connection problem i believe or somethings wrong, I have good specs which can run the game, consisiting of, i7-3770 2060 super, 16gb ram. Someone help thanks

Hi,

Which motherboard do you have? Which bios version is it on?

Which version of Windows (and update level) are you on?

How are you audio devices connected to the pc? Usb audio? Onboard audio?

Might be worth trying a USB soundcard. Sabrent USB soundcard works well.

OK, in order to improve your chances of solving this we are probably going to need a few more details. First up let’s take a step back, what headset are you using? The game you play has some known audio issues and the fixes range from unplugging it and re plugging it to updating drivers/settings or using a different headset.

So i use a corsair headphones which are perfect for hearing people etc, my motherboard is- Advent B75MA-S01 (MS-7798) (SOCKET 0) . Im on windows 10 pro and they are connected via usb.
