Click start, then run. In the run window type "iexplore.exe" (without the quotes) and once Internet Explorer comes up type "http://tinyurl.com/1o62" (without the quotes) in the address bar. Copy + Paste the original post into the box and click "Check text!" - should fix your problem just lovely

PS. On a more serious note, give your computer a reboot and run a spyware checker.
Check the registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
For the key DisableTaskMgr and make sure it is set to 0 (zero).
Try start run "msconfig" and choose diagnostic startup. When you restart you should be able to check the registry. Also when in msconfig have a look under the startup tab for anything that shouldn't be there.
