Cooking Chilli for 20 people

Na, that's not proper naughty garlic bread. You need fresh basil and parsley in equal amounts, finely chop, add that to however much butter you're going to use, add crushed garlic, bit of pepper and then the special ingredient, parmesan cheese! As much as you like.

3 minutes under the grill and then just wrap it up in foil and leave in oven at around 140C and it'll last an hour before needing to be freshened up. Just flick a bit of water over baguettes (I normally wet my hand and just flick over) and this will freshen up nicely.

Also soft rolls work better if it'll be in the oven longer as opposed to french style baguettes as they are more forgiving as not too crispy to start off with, as opposed to breaking your teeth!

Edited to add - quite tempted to add finely diced tomato into the above mix sometime as well

Grill, herbs. These things offend me. :p
Garlic bread is one thing I don't like to mess with, keep it simple. Why does everything these days have to have herbs in. They aren't essential for all dishes.
