I was reading the other day about how a man trekking through the Canadian wilderness was killed by a bear. It was disgusting, would you believe this bear disembowed him and devoured him while he was still alive, writhing in pain until he bled to death. How could the bear kill him so insensitively, without at least thinking to give him a painless death, there must have been uproar at the local water hole.
