The reason that the weekend loaf is weighs in at over 1300g, is because we make 16kg batches of the stuff.
The ovens get really busy on the weekends with only 2 loaves per tray,with only 8 trays per deck of the oven, which results in us having to overscale the dough to fit it in one deck of the ovens.
Tesco's bread plant machines can't scale dough much over 1kg so they are to smaller pieces moulded and forced through the machine to mould it.
Good value for money mind, just a nightmare to produce
