an edible 1 egg omelette takes only 1minute, an edible 2 egg omelette about 3 minutes, this takes 15+mins?
seems a bit long winded , but nice idea.
So if you fancy eating more than 12 eggs in 6 omlettes as once, boiling them is onto a winner!

This is the longest method I've ever seen for cooking an omelette and the end result looks like an abortion. Your legacy of terrible meals lives on!
I'm pretty sure most freezer bags would leach carcinogenic and endocrine disrupting chemicals in to the food when you boil them, unless you used bags specially designed for cooking. Even then I still don't trust them.

Well, tbh i do find it hard to make omelettes
I always seem to burn the buggers and when i flip it it just goes everywhere.
Boil in bag, seems to be a less messy way of doing it.
I would have thought the same but I'd love to know if anyone has any definitive proof of them being unsafe.
