I was planning to cook a variation on corned beef hash, but using liver and chicken in place of the corned beef.

4 medium taters chopped, boiled for 10 mins then sauted till golden brown.

Popped them in the oven to keep warm.

Half an onion, 1 large flat mushroom, 1 leek, and 1 clove of garlic chopped.

250g of liver and a chicken breast chopped and stuck in pan.
Seasoned with salt, pepper and a good amount of cayenne pepper.

Pop in the veg with a drop of sunflower oil and some more cayenne.
Fry for 10 mins.
Now at this point I was going to add some worchestershire sauce, but I was scuppered when I found the bottle empty :(
So in went a good few slugs of reggae reggae sauce.

Simmer for another 10 mins or so, then serve with the taters :D

Doesn't look much, but it tastes pure win :D
Cheap as chips too! 500g of liver cost a quid from a tesco express :o

Liver? You're from Horsham! Surely you don't have to confine yourself to eating offal? You're not from up North! :p

Looks nice (apart from the liver). Reggae Reggae is lovely stuff.

Well I did live in crawley for 20 odd years :p
Just fancied something a bit different tbh, and liver is yum :D
Where are you from then if ya know Horsham?

Must be the french in us coming out lol
Now if I could get a good horse steak in this country I would be a happy man.

Certainment! :D Je ne savais pas que tu etais francais aussi!

I haven't had horse steak in a long time. Though to be honest I prefer a nice blue steak. With some foi gras, oysters, smoked salmon and caviar (not all mixed together though :p)... :D

I'm from Burgess Hill, born and raised. :(

I have the misfortune of travelling to Crawley twice a week to the college though, and my wife works there as a teacher (in Broadfield).

I don't go to Horsham much, although was there a couple of weekends back doing a spot of shopping.

Useless with french unfortunatly, my father was too lazy to teach me. He left Paris at the age of 8 to live in london, the bugger speaks fluently though.
I find a good horse steak beats beef hands down.
Hopefuly get some on our European road tripnext year.

Fair play. Horsham is a bit dead tbh, in comparison to Crawley.
Broadfield? :o I feel sorry for your missus lol
Crawley aint too bad once you figure out how to deal with the natives.
