well ****, thats my first attempt buggered then.
Its only a small joint (was 1.3kg before trimming) as I'm only cooking for 1 or two people.
Or even some onions. They will sweat and they also are quite nice once "pulled" if you mix them in.stick some water in the bottom of the slow cooker if you're worried about it drying out.
I always super market it, far cheaper.
