mac pro didn't survive a 30 feet drop, (late night thing if I rember) they decided to drop a microsoft based PC from the same hieght to see which one is easiest to repire and well guess which one (the mac was destoyed pretty much and had to go back to mac)
yes it can take a power supply at both top and bottem, bottem is best for cooling tbh as the powersupply gets it own air from outside the case rather than inside, however you may have a fight with the 24pin power or 20 whatever partucaly when your trying to hide it. (with powersupply at the bottem)

lol jk ya ill have to take a shop of the back panel with all the cables went threw a bag of zip ties and about an hr of fun getting it purdy like a pony. Only down side is that 1 IDE cable i have b/c my dvd rom is IDE and my second boot HDD also wich is just kinda hanging under my dvd rom at the top bc the IDE cable wont reach down to the HDD bay from that far
