I do wonder, sure Paraguay scored some of their's but they were effected, I can't remember which penalty it was but it was a great shot, not just of the turf being kicked up but as one of the left footers plants his right foot, the penalty spot and the turf all kind of slid sideways, like the turf was a little loose over the undersoil, then some of them when the foot planted the turf did seem to move up slightly.
The Brazillians have a case to at the least make a complaint, the ref probably should have restarted it down the other end, considering the ref and the players and the goal keepers were looking at the spot and stamping on it after two penalties. But I'm not sure if they will grin and bare it, I'm 98% sure England, the fans, and the FA would be kicking up a storm if the penalty's went like that for us in some game. Hell we made a pretty big deal over Beckhams one penalty.
While retaking them now would be harsh on Para, its harsh for Brazil to go out based on a crap penalty spot, was it mostly lefties that scored for Paraguay, two of their three? You don't really want to act like little ****** though and complain, but neither would you want to lose that way.
