I get the sliced corned beef that comes in a ordinary cooked meat packet by the way, rarely do I eat tinned corned beef.

I'd normally have mine with just a bit of onion, nothing too special. Also had it with cheese by accident once but that turned out to be quite nice!

I've noticed the exact same thing. Back in my student days I would always buy a few tins of corned beef when running low on cash - it's the same with tinned tuna which also appears to be extortionately priced!
