Not at all, just create a ticket and simply state the incompatibility issue with the case and mobo and hang on to your ticket #. Once the new retooled cases are available, we will then notify you to do the exchange.
Looking at it at the moment. Let me figure what part you need for replacement and respond to your ticket shortly.

Things have crossed - because I had not heard from Corsair on this I have arranged to send the case back to Overclockers - if you have a word with Bailey, you may between you be able to sort this out the quickest and easiest way for all of us. Must admit - I cant even see how to get the front panel off,so.........

Are you going to have it swapped out from Overclockers? if so, let me now if you want me to cancel the replacement parts that I have arranged.
The way you remove the front fascia, is to start at the bottom part of it. Pull it from the bottom then work your way up. There are 6 tabs holding the plastic fascia on to the case chassis.

I have a Maximus Formula build and after looking at the issues other people have had it hasn't put me off getting the case, but I want it to fit first time without any issues. Prepared to wait as long as required but would like some assurances that when I'm looking I can be 100% sure getting a retooled fully-compatible one.

Hey Canary, A bit late for a reply but the only indication I can tell you right now to distinguish between the the current version and the retooled version is by lot #. The box should have the lot #, so anything that is 1351 or higher, those are the retooled version.
Have they finally been released? I've been meaning to fill out the RMA form but keep putting it off, it's been like 5months it's not too late is it?
Yes, they have been distributed in all channels worldwide. Some resellers might still have mixed inventory, but 750D sells very quickly and very well so chances are, most stocks from stores have already been replenished.
Not too late at all, create the and give it to me so I can have your request noted.

Greybeard - will corsair have a uk outlet similar to one in the usa, where you can buy refurbished goods? Or will these be sold through the OCUK store?

I have a 750D ...and I do like it very much ...shame there isn't room in the front for three 120's though and a little more room behind the offside panel for cable management ...but having said that it IS a very nice case and I'm happy with it 
I doubt it at this point. We've had some good dealings with OCUK, so I guess it's wise to keep that system. So expect to see more of those Corsair crazy deals via OCUK store in the future.
