well I got the 'updated' case finally after several weeks it came last week, I finally got around to raising a rma ticket end of last month and they replied with in few days would have received the case earlier but I took time uploading the invoices they asked for.

greybeared if you're still reading this do I need to get my old case shipped back to you? the automated email I got said I had to but the comment on the ticket said to ignore the email.

how long is the warranty on the replacement case? I'm not going to get around to swapping the cases for a few more weeks.
 
Let me get your ticket # and I'll take a look. But most likely, you don't have to based on that message that you got from our customer service. They'd normally include a short comment to ignore the default automated message. Plus, your situation is somehow unique and it doesn't have to follow the standard RMA procedure.

Do you need me to send you the ticket # again or will you able to dig it out of your emails?
Have you not had any other RMA claims for incompatibility with the Maximus vi formula?
