I hate to say it, but I fell asleep watching it, I suppose that its not aimed at people like myself that have spent their lives studying such things.

True, as someone who did Physics at uni (which contained a fair bit of cosmology) this is a little basic, but the illustrations are nice and it's good to see genuine theory represented in a way that's clear to understand

I'm not enjoying it as much as other science series. It's a bit basic and warty.

The show has been delving into more detail and covering more complex topics each episode. That's the very nature of Cosmos. To start viewers off easy and gradually bring them up to speed.

What were you expecting exactly...

I've just watched a 6 part lecture series by Neil deGrasse Tyson on Netflix called The Inexplicable Universe.

A bit more in depth than Cosmos and fascinating to me.

Last nights episode about Lead was quite scary! I really hope levels in the UK are non existent now
