I pay £1k per month for a 2 bed flat in Hertfordshire. Yet drive 30mins up the road and you can get the same space for £500. Would love to be able to pay that little for somewhere to live.

Yeah, but you have to live in Wigan. I don't know why people can't get their heads around the fact that mortgages and rent will vary massively depending on your circumstances and the area you live in.

I eat perfectly healthy for £50 a month

How? I'm genuinely interested. That amount works out at about £1.60 a day, how do you achieve a balanced and varied diet?
