nah, just want to work for my self doing what i enjoy, rather than working for someone else making him ludicrous amounts of money. i don't want mega bucks, i want to be happy.

I wouldn't bother doing a degree if it wasn't form a university in the Russell Group.
Waste of time and money.

Why would the college offer it? Because a lot of people doing it won't mind that it cuts down on their options for uni because they aren't going. When you say Bristol completely ignore it, why would they offer it in the first place. I don't understand the logic behind that!
Agreed. A degree is almost meaningless now, with experience being much more valued. Only once you've been working low down for a while does the experience and degree start to bring you above others with only the experience.
Offer what? Media courses? Because their media courses != A level media? :\.
It's just a point of fact that the better universities value "traditional subjects" above the newer ones mentioned above (someone quoted the LSE's list). That's because the newer subjects are easier than the traditional subjects. Fact.
You really should carry on with history :\.

Russell group what a load of rubbish. There are Universitys outside of the Russell group that are rated just as well and better in some cases.
My view on yourself is that all of you alevel subjects seem to be weak. Id recommend doing something like and art foundation year then doing graphics as your main degree.
If that.s what your interested in.
