Lol Die Antwoord, I thought the same as you, but if you go listen to some more of there stuff and realise it all kicked off from an art project if I recall correctly, then I think they did pretty well.
BTW Yolandi isnt a trannie. Ninja is just a persona of a middle class art student, The deformed dwarf MC as you put it is Leon Botha a Progeria sufferer who is a known artist and has outlived his life expectancy already, and isnt actually part of Die Antwoord.

Its not exactly musical genious but think its done pretty well for an "Art Project" and is meant to be tongue in cheek as a poster before said.
