I recently gave up playing CS as it was more riddled with cheaters than ever
There is a gigantic amount of new players and basically plebs who dont know any better. You can beat the really low grade muppets who are using pre aim. They are awful and too good at the same time, ideally you can force an advantage by moving not singularly. They cant move aim well or control recoil, dont let them fire 1 by 1 like the classic vs awp mistake.
They often screw up timing with the bomb plants and all sorts of mistakes, CS is a lot more fun with a good lobby but dont take the win/loss too absolutely serious. Half my games from October for example have been wiped from the records, the score was basically 0:0 because some idiots get VAC.
In Matchmaking the round difference is how its scored, 16:14 really makes little change. Also a lot of other factors, the enemy team can be 10 ranks above your team and that'd count a lot, etc. I wish Valve would throw in suspension of elo for bad trust players, some real out of the box actions. They are too conservative but also maybe they have plans I hope
My main take I always say is its all practise. If you are below LEM then you have a ton left to learn, theres a ton of mistakes being made by both teams poor nade use, whatever. Just have fun playing the game, if its wall hack on the other side be a lot more active and push onto a site dont hesitate. The xray data is not given at round starts for remote players so impossible for them to know everything, thats the main advantage to press ahead. The win is just a bonus to learning parts of the game imo, its shame people spoil it but the really old CS we used to play was a ton of deathmatch/casual/hostage servers with 30/40 people in it. Comp was organised manually, it was rare. Every Tuesday on Reddit we do manual 5 v 5 the old way, so play that but like old games the ranks are not close. CSGO has its positives and negatives.
If they are using aim assist then at least now Valve is running an entire armada of machines to pick out those cases. Apparently they can identify that information. WH would be more fuzzy but also less advantageous if you move fast and/or aim better.
