anyone that says the pr0's use a low mouse sensitivity so they do to is just a wanabee
Not true. Dont you think theres a reason why all the pros use a low sensitivity? Its a piece of **** to hit people using a low sensitivity. I'm talking two swipes across your mousemat to turn 180. It really is easy - just that people cant get used to simply moving around and feel restricted because theyre used to turning large angles without lifting their arm. Once you get used to using your
arm to move around you will soon get used to this flow when playing:
[1] See enemy.
[2] Move crosshairs towards enemy with
arm.
[3] Adjust aim to head with
wrist.
[4] It's so much more accurate its almost not fair to the guys using a high sensitivity
It really does make it easier
as long as you're used to the movement. Thats why its best to start at the default sensitivity then slowly move it down. Playing at a high sensitivity always used to keep my aim in check as well. Meaning for some reason i ended up walking around wiht my crosshair more at head height than with a high sensitivity. I guess with a higher sensitivity you're much more likely to jog your aim up and down wihtout realising it.
I'm sure the argument "what if people come up behind you" will come up. So what? If you're playing public, it happens. You'll die more from it. However if you're a good player and aware - it shouldnt happen too much. If you're playing a match it shouldnt happen
at all (unless perhaps you're the last left). Not to mention if you're playing a match you probably shouldnt stand a chance against someone behind you.
The other argument against a low sensitivity is that its slower than using your wrist. Rubbish. You can move your arm from your elbow just as fast as you can your wrist. Of course having to turn a full 180 would be an exception - see above

use a sensitivity your comfortable with, if it works for you who cares if nobody else can handle it
I would, however agree with that. Most beginners will of course go for a stupidly high sensitivity and wonder why they cant pin-point a guys head
