As others have correctly pointed out I'm hardly looking down on him - infact, job wise, he's better off than I am. However the point was not simply 'making fun of somebody looking for a job' more pointing out he needed to seriously sort himself out prior to the interview. A point he's now well aware of.

I make no secret of the fact that if I also turned up to the same interview as him, I'd not get the job. Thats not what the point is.

Just to add, this has equal amounts of delivery and fail, it should be stickied.
 
I think this thread, barring further intervention from the OP, has played itself out. Any further mocking is inelegant and prospective posters should refrain from indulging.

I could even believe it to be a deliberate wind-up, however it's quite worrying that I don't think it is. Which I think says more about me than the OP.

But then I always do tend to over-analyse these sorts of things.

Man of the match must go to the OP, he definately had the most possesion, but unfortunately kept shooting for own goals.

The effort must be applauded though!
 
Was that BASIC v. Visual BASIC thread just a joke spin off of this one? I had a neat picture ready to show the OP about object orientation.
