Courgettes - Most underrated vegetable?

Didn't like them when i was younger but love them now. Brush with olive oil and BBQ or grill == yum, fry in a little olive oil with some herbs de provence. Diced and added to stews, soups, curries. in stir fries.

They are also relatively cheap like carrots so I tend to add them to everything as a cheap and healthy bulking ingredient.
 
Absolutely cannot stand the bloody things - I'm not good with cucumbers either which I guess is a similiar family of veg.
 
I just had some in tempura batter with duck breast, rice/veg topped with a fried quails egg. Om nom.
