CPU Fan Error, Help please

Hi guys, So I did my first build and it turned on which is the main thing but mid way through the windows install it did a rest like normal but when it booted back up I got a CPU fan error message. I have no clue what this means but I have attached a picture of the bios/screen im on currently. Please help.

Could this be because I've plugged it into the optional fan plug on my motherboard?

aye, plug it in there. using air cooler or AIO/CLC?

dont forget too enable DOCP after you've installed everythiing as ram running at low speed

So I tried to boot it again and now it has the DRAM light as orange again picture below.... waduhek is going on?

does iit boot into Windows, are you at default 2133hz speed or running XMP/DOCP to a higher speed?

It doesn't boot into the BIOS and I didnt mess with the RAM speed yet so I guess 2133hz. I am using 4x 8gb Corsair Vengeance 3200.

Its just very strange how it booted perfectly the first time I turned it on but as soon as it reset I am having issues

Try booting with one stick of ram

It has booted with 1 stick of ram in so I take it either they weren't seated in correctly or one of them is a dud?

It could be either it also could be a number of things.

Try each stick one at a time If all boot Then add another stick so you have 2 x 4gb then add the rest.

You may have to update the bios on the motherboard.

Is you cpu cooler overtight.

Little update I've added 3 sticks of ram in (24gb) so far so good has booted every time. Just one more to go fingers crossed

Tightening the cpu cooler to much.

I guess you mean on the cpu itself rather than the rad? sorry for the silly questions/answers in advance I just wanna be 100% sure.

how would I tell?

If you quote me I no you have replied.

You don't need to use a massive amount of force to screw it down.onto the cpu.

It hard to tell you just have to feel it, if you've used to much force it can flex the motherboard.

Have you put the 4th stick of ram in ?

4th stick of RAM in and we have a windows desktop so fingers crossed and touch wood its all working as it should.

Ok so how do I get everything running optimally haha?
