Crackdown

Where's that big tower that's meant to be hard to climb? I just climbed the tower with red lights easily on 3 stars (high flyer achievement tower) and want to see if I can to the "Wang tower" on 3 stars.

Edit: It was the agency tower I clombed.
The Agency Tower is not difficult on 3 stars - I climbed it at 3 stars myself (although I'm pretty sure you need 4 to get the hidden orb on the top spire). If any building is difficult to climb, it would be the Pacific Bank building (the one with the 1st supply point in Los Muertos). I know many people have struggled to climb to the top on 4 stars.

its hard to get right to the top of 3 stars and right at the top are on top of the bits that stick up
With the blue orb on yeah?

That's where I went, right to the very top. Absolutely no trouble at all.

Right, on to the bank :p

The easiest way I found to get in is by climbing one of the tower's to the side - can't remember exactly which one, but it is the one that is basically touching Wang's tower. Pretty much at the top of the adjacent tower, there is an opening into Wang's (roughly 2/3 of the way up). Then just jump/run up the stairs and pathways until you reach the top.

That's the way I went in the end, managed to finally find the opening :p

300 hidden orbs found WOOT.
wow, i not even going to attempt to do that achievement, have a bit over 200 myself, id imagine it wouldnt be too difficult to get to 280 or so but i would really be struggling on the last ones and theres no way im using a guide and going to each location so im just not going to bother

Stats + Orbs carry over, boss kills do not, your character "visits their island" so story stuff doesnt carry over.

Although... If I host the 'coop' game and my friend helps me kill a boss, then the kill stands - I got one early on like that, before I'd got much skill. My friend helped me a lot because he had a rocket launcher. I guess what you're saying is if I visit someone elses 'host', then any kills don't stand for me (?)

Yup :)

Your own island - friends can kill bosses for you and it stands, but say your friend killed Mr X on your island in a co-op game, if he went back to his own game Mr X would not be dead (unless he had killed him on his island before)

Got all 500!

Last 1 was head height above a bowling alley in Los Meurtos! Was chatting to the mrs about how I should give up whilst running at ground level and there it was lol.

Any tips for killing the last kingpin?

i found him hard with the constantly respawning guards(i missed out one of the generals, not sure if they always spawn), the best stratergy is probably just to poke your head around the corner at the top of the stairs(or jump high up in the air) and empty a rocket in his face every few seconds. going into the garden area at the top of his building for any amount of time is pretty much a deathtrap. if you lucky enough to get close to him, just kick him off the edge, doesnt matter how much hp he has when he falls that far :D

if your talking about getting to him easily, its best to scale the building at the side of wangs (it has luminous rings around it i think) and jumping from the top of that onto wangs building, theres a little entrance to get inside wangs building from there

That's what I did, only have to go up a couple of floors with not that many enemies in the way to get to him :)

I went up the building to the left side of Wangs (not the red building) and managed to jump into a floor from there and then made my way up inside the building. Got to the top and made Wang fall from the bit he is shooting from with the grenade launcher and he landed next to me so I kicked him to death :D

i found wang tough at first, i went up through the building but managed to run past most of the guards but they kept launching grenades down the stairs and killing me. fortunately one of the grenades blew me backwards off the top of the building but i landed on a ledge which meant their grenades couldn't reach me, so it was a case of jump up and down and grenade the begger.

the ledge is pretty much opposite the steps that lead from below out onto the roof garden, try that.

God, these sodding agility orbs! :D

Upto 483 now..... don't want resort to maps as I want to find them myself, but it's so annoying!

Found one just that I couldn't believe - where that Scorpion is on-top of some low building - I'VE BEEN THERE A BILLION TIMES how did I ever miss that? Do the orbs move around?

Orbs dont move around no.

The map for Agility would be useless as so many lol, it is annoying though took my 6 hours for last 2, took Moody about 3 days lol!

I used a map for the last 15-20 secret i needed, took ages
