**** CRAZIEST PRE-ORDER SPECIAL EVER! MSI GTX 670 POWER EDITION ONLY £199.99 Inc. VAT!!!! *****

Is there coil whine on these and whats the temps like at idle and load and fan noise? Also is that feature to clear dust really any good or just a gimmick?

What is warranty like on these, uk based, fast turn around and do they complain it works if it doesnt?

It might handle it ok. Whats the rest of your spec? Im running stock speed wf 670's in sli with the cpu in sig, power draw at the wall in games is shown as 430w, (total system incl 24" monitor).

Just done a wattage thingy and it said i need 583 watts for sli 670's.

I have the norm really. 3570k , z77x d3h , 1 dvd rw drive , 3 sata drives and 1 Samsung SSD, 3 case fans and a 670. Dont think i will risk it tbh. had this PSU nearly 5 years and although its been solid, i think putting another 670 on it now would strain it too much.

It happens a lot, a manufacturer thinks they have cleared stocks worldwide, then all of a sudden one of their warehouse's made a stock error and a few cards appear. As these are EOL cards they get offered at a bargain price and I was all over it like a coiled spring. :D

This happened to Honda 2-3 years ago, they auctioned off a brand new 97-01 model Prelude on Ebay lmao.

I got a modded cooler on my 480, but just been looking not much
better than a GTX760 at the same price!!!

Not worth it IMO!! ;)

The anandtech bench is based on old drivers, before AMD's never settle set, which massively improves performance in many games. It tends to understate AMD 7000 cards quite a bit.

Are you mad!!!

Its not that good!!! ;)

Just double checked it, depends on what you play i suppose!!!

lol, the 670 is on par with the 7950 (until AMD beefed their drivers it was on par with the 7970), its noticeably better than a 7870.

The 760 is an cut down but overclocked 670, basically they removed an SMX unit to lower production costs then raised all the clocks so out of the box performance is ~ the same, but overclocking potential is poor.

I have no idea, I'm new to GPU's.

I have a XFX 7870 Tahiti LE but everywhere it says the 660 is comparable to a 7950 or 7970

Everywhere is very wrong then. The 660 isn't remotely close to a 7970.

e.g. Bioshock Infinite at 1080p, latest drivers

7970 - 66fps
7950 - 50fps
670 - 44fps
7870 - 44fps
660 - 35fps

Skyrim

7970 - 107fps
670 - 92fps
7950 - 87fps
7870 - 83fps
660 - 71fps
