Unfotunatley DSR is not applicable to your purchase mate, If you picked them up in person it's a different purchase.

Pop a thread in the CS forum :)

Hi there

The Eye-Infinity bundle is priced at £599.99 Inc. VAT so still more.

What has happened, is I reduced the price of a single monitor for WEEKLY OFFERS, but did not adjust the discount on the bundles to a lower discount, hence they were listed on the website at a considerable loss for a few minutes.

My apologies you've seen a crazy low price and thought you been badly done by, but we can't actually sell them that cheap, but because the monitors and bundles are seperate products, when you adjust the monitor price the bundle discounts also need resetting to prevent selling at losses. I got distracted and never reset the bundle discounts, hence the stupid low price which looses money was present on the website for a short period.

This has been fixed now and correct Eye-Infinity price is £599.99 Inc. VAT for three.

P.S. Remember to claim the VAT back from Samsung!

Hey I know this isn't the correct thread but in the absence of a specific thread (at least that I can see) I thought this was the best place to ask.

Anyway, I got my email with my 10% voucher - thanks OcUK ;) but I can't seem to find any information on terms and conditions. I know it said it can't be used in conjunction with forum members free shipping but I can't see if it applies to a single item or to a basket with 2 or more items. Also I've just spotted a couple of things in the latest This Week Only and I am wondering if the offer still applies to them?

ah ok that cool glad to know that gibbo.
dont feel as bad now, glad u fixed it ;)

bring back the deal on the 3d monitor and i'll buy 5!

We have!

OK the deal is not quite as good as the show offer, but nearly as good, see our THIS WEEK ONLY DEALS!

Or just buy the Eye-Infinity bundle, as this is now very well priced, only £13 more than the show price. :)

You can still claim the VAT back from Samsung too until the 7th May. So with that promotion three of these monitors only cost £499

Hi there

I just like to officially say this:-

Were guaranteeing the Samsung S23A700D to be free of defective pixels within the 14 day period. This means if your S23A700D develops or arrives with just one dead pixel you may return it for a replacement and we will cover cost, this applies to all method of purchases.

So you have the re-assurance now that if your S23A700D arrives or develops a dead pixel within the 14 day period were offering, you can return it no hassle. :)

@JollyJ I bought one last week, I was impressed, just about to order another one. Shame I don't qualify for free shipping yet (been buying for years, not so much forum use though).

I have to add that mine seems to be free of defective pixels, so I wouldn't worry too much and as Gibbo says they will swap it out under the 14 days (which I have to say is a good move by OC).
