CRB Check

As above, be as honest as you can. A lot of the time they won't mind if something minor is there, but they will mind if you don't disclose anything that's later found out.

Just go for it and see what happens :)
 
Is the job subject to the rehabilitation of offenders act, or is it exempt? if it is exempt it will say "this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974" on the application form, in this case you must declare all offences whether spent or not, if it is not exempt any spent convictions, such as cautions, which are spent immediately, need not be declared and they cannot legally take them into account if they show up on the CRB.

If the job didn't meet the requirements to ask exempted questions, they wouldn't be able to obtain a standard CRB check.
 
declare what you were cautioned for. if it is a single offence a lot of places will be lenient, and for somethign that old most won't care. they normally are only bothered about will you nick stuff or be violent
