Credit card case instead of wallet

My yuppie brother has one of these in black leather, holds about 4 cards and a few folded notes, it's slightly larger than a card but not much.

Much better than a bulky wallet, but only if you never need to carry change.
 
these are very common in scandinavia
i'm not really a fan and prefer my wallet

each to their own i suppose
 
I hate carrying a wallet around with tons of cards, but sods law dictates that when you actually need one of the cards, it will be at home!

always found wallets a bit pointless really - just bulky and unnecessary (especially in summer when you don't have coat pockets to take advantage of - keys + card holder in one pocket phone in the other for me....

used to use a card holder from my bank now just use an oyster card holder.
 
What?

Guys put coins in a wallet? Isn't that a purse.....?

Coins go in pocket, next to card/notes wallet. If a wallet has a zipped or a buttonned compartment - it's a purse!

Thats what back pockets are for, what else do you use your back pockets for?

Did you seriously consider putting your wallet in a front pocket or something?
