Assuming you have a CC and use it, how do you pay? Do pay the minimum payment each month or do you pay off the whole amount owed each month?

I'm not too sure which helps improve your credit rating more so I've gone to paying the minimum payment per month with a weekly standing order for 1% of the balance.

I don't know whether this method will improve my rating but it does reduce my balance a little quicker.

So how do you manage yours?

Usually in full each month, except this month which I somehow messed up the payment I think....CC company didn't seem to get it - do it via online banking manually.
So for my whopping £25 bill, I get a £12 late payment charge. yay!

Now I pay in full via direct debit...

In full every month. I just use mine like a debit card rather than a credit card.

Same here, I just use it as a buffer so I don't go overdrawn on my current account accidently.

Also for extra protection when buying things online, my card has been cloned twice in the past and each time the card provider was very quick to shut it down and I wasn't liable for anything.

Used to pay it off in chunks or ideally in full, but sods law things pop up from time to time which hampered me paying the lot off! Not got a penny on it now and don't intend to use it again, evil things!

I pay my insurance and road tax on it, then pay about £200 a month until its paid off. I used to have a savings account to do the same thing, but houses are expensive and we needed the money for the mortgage :(.
