pretty much. theyre rednecks and they want to shoot things

theres no chance that shooting from a chopper is the cheapest and best way of stopping those hogs damaging crops.

The difference is it degrades us, we're intelligent enough to manufacture guns as well as more humane ways of killing. But we choose to use guns, whilst going all rambo about it.

Humans are the bigger pest ;)

I'm not going to watch the video. I don't see how the killing of a defenceless creature could be termed fun. Fair enough they might be doing damage to the crops but animals have been here a lot longer than we have, we give them lots of opportunities for easy meals, what to we expect? They've just got as much right to invade our land as we do theirs!

You seem to be forgetting that we're animals too.

We have every much a right to violently defend our territory as any other animal.

We're just better at it.

Not to mention that Eurasian wild boar were introduced to the Americas by human settlers very recently. The population isn't meant to be there, but inevitably during farming escapes happened, and the resultant feral population needs to be managed. They also make for awesome om nommage. :)

No they don't. If an animal is endangered it is wrong and if they're killed for the wrong reasons or the act of killing is torturous then that is not acceptable.

But some people in a helicopter gunning down pests? Go for it.
 
It happens down here too, Although not with M4s.

I just dont think you people saying to put a fence up actually realize the scale of these farms :p

Some can take days to just drive around :p
