Crysis 2... Awsome!

why shouldn't they? they have ears and probably a version of nanovision. search around for a rocket launcher or hoy a few grenades at them.

That's what I was doing. But you have to get behind the tripods. And to position yourself around the map and get behind, just for it to turn around so you have to do it again is annoying.
If they had nanovision then they'd follow you around the map, they wouldn't turn around just as you got behind them.

I finished it today (360 - on Easy). Amazing game that I will definitly play again time after time, just as I have with Crysis and Warhead. The only thing that has dissapointed me (apart from some looping sound bugs/Multiplayer Lobby music distortion on second play through) was the lack of a night to day or day to night transition in any level (both Crysis and Warhead had this on quite a few levels). Apart from that minor gripe the game is dripping with atmosphere, the graphics are undoubtably the best I've seen in a videogame so far, it has an astounding soundtrack and the changeable tactics you can use in the Crysis games is still genre defining and is the icing on a very sublime cake.

Best game on the 360/Ps3 by miles and only beaten on the PC by the Originals due to the beautiful tropical setting.

Anyone explain how the dog tags work ?

I go in and set for example the British flag as my dog tag picture but it keeps resetting back to the default ??

Also it says I've collected the default tag 4 times ??

When playing on line i have seen shiny things on the floor are they tags ??

Its all a little different to the dog tags in bad company 2.

I think Dog Tags are dealt with in several ways

Firstly:

You earn dog tags to use as your "Title" or "Icon" if you will by performing certain things in MP, such as stealth kills, or being caught on the kill cam as the final kill "You've Been Framed!"

You can also collect them from other people, so if you had your Dog Tag set to You've Been Framed and I killed you I would have had the "collected" number increment by 1 and the Awarded is how many times I personally met that criteria.

There is also the use for in game advantages - so if you pick up 3 you can use improved radar, if 5 a particle beam thing etc... - however it doesnt specifically need to be you who gets the kill you can walk over unclaimed dog tags yourself!

I THINK!!

I THINK!!

You can only pick up dog tags from people you've killed. Dog tags don't show up from other people's kills. If you die before collecting a dog tag then it will be in the same spot when you respawn.

So I'm playing the Lab Rat mission. At the point where the chopper is flying around. Took out the gunners, then the chopper comes back with rockets. Now I know I need to grab the rocket launchers, but I keep getting killed in the process. I've tried the stealthy way, but stealth runs out far too often/quickly. Am I best to just go full armour and go nuts in this situation?

Only tried twice so far, already played for about an hour before that and don't want to end the game too quickly. So left it for tonight.

I just keep retreating back to the lift and took out the foot soldiers one by one, once they looked like they were all gone I grabbed the Rocket Launcher ran to the window and took out the Helicopter from there - it only took me one shot. All this done under the Stealth mod :)

I took the heli out from there as well, ran back to the doorway near the lift and picked everything off from there.

Did this the exact same way :D

Which nanosuit upgrades are people liking the most on the game ? i like the one which increases the amount of time you can say cloaked and doesnt drain the energy down nowhere near as fast when sprinting :)

I like the bullet trace (so I can see the damn enemy!) and the silent footsteps right now but that might change as I get further into the game

That was my tactic as well. Managed to down the chopper without too much trouble after defeating all the enemies Stealth Style.
