Doesn't seem unreasonable.

Now, what do I need to get 60FPS @ub0r high settings; a time machine?

In the article it said that these are the minimum specs for Crysis2, and they're very similar to the recommended specs for original crysis. And we know how that turned out

Id rather have good gameplay but surely we are due a pretty looking game!. Although im pretty worried because I wasnt impressed with the crytek interview in edge

I wonder how much they can improve on the original. If the original was released in 2011 rather than 2007, the visuals would still be stunning.

I suppose the main things that they can do on the new engine is to tweak it, finetune it, and iron out the problems the original had. I'd love it if they could make POM and AF work together out of the box, and somehow make edge AA and FSAA work together as well. That would be awesome, and if it could still run at a solid 30-40 fps on full settings, that would be perfect. I think I'm asking a little much though :p

Fingers crossed my old 2x8800gt SLI will work , at least on low settings..

If you're lucky, you'll be able to put 2xAA on without the game crashing.
