i've been having a couple of problems with crysis, but this new one has made the game too much of an effort to play.
the original problem was that to get any sort of a decent framerate, i needed to reinstall the graphics drivers if i ever wanted to play it after the PC has been turned off. this i can live with, but its REALLY annoying. this doesnt happen with any other game, not even the crysis demo
the new problem is that, whenever i make any graphics change, the game will crash when i click apply. this has started at the same time that i installed AVG antivirus, but i doubt the two are related.
the only simple solution i can think of is to reinstall crysis, since i already have the latest version of it (V1.21).
is there a way to do this without losing my game saves?
