If you guys read the beta forums, you'll find that if you have a bunch of strange colors over the screen, it's probably compiling textures and will sort itself out quite quickly. I can't remember what the purpose is but it's intentional for the beta. I think it's random though as I didn't have it happen to me until this third client.

Also, all the errors, they're running a debugger.
 
As mentioned above -
- Asynchronous shader compiling defaulted to 1
Explanation: We implemented an incomplete shader cache to figure out where the shader compilation issues are appearing the most. This way we can address them and fix them, but for that we would require your support. When joining a game for the first time you will encounter uncompiled shaders to appear as yellow replace-me textures. In addition to that you see a small teapot in the left upper corner of your screen. This symbol shows that shaders are currently compiling.

Usually the yellow replace-me textures should go away after playing an intensive session with lots of action going on. In the case you encounter continuous framerate drops and still compiling shaders after playing up to two full matches in a row please report a bug and use the bug tracker we provide:

Can someone point me in the the direction to get a key please? I can only find the download to the Crysis client.
 
im downloading on my laptop at work, and i havnt got the internet at home until thursday, but i got a key and ill install the client later tonight in preperation

Anywhere to download this which isn't Fileplanet or Torrent?

Want to get it at Uni but Torrents are blocked as is, it would see, Fileplanets download manager.
 
Not that im aware of...

And IMHO you're not missing much anyway. Graphically it's nothing special, gameplay wise it felt a bit clunky and i just couldnt get a feel for the weapons.

Although there are random animals you can kill. I killed a rooster, a frog and a turtle. :D
