And IMHO you're not missing much anyway. Graphically it's nothing special, gameplay wise it felt a bit clunky and i just couldnt get a feel for the weapons.

Although there are random animals you can kill. I killed a rooster, a frog and a turtle. :D

Graphically nothing special??:confused: Is this Crysis we are talking about? Or is it just because its beta and the visuals are scaled down?
 
Graphicially its one of the best games i have seen and thats just a multiplayer beta. Cant wait for the singleplayer demo/full retail.
 
Well god knows what's wrong with mine now :(

Was working fine last night, then i messed around with the graphics settings for a laugh. Ran crap, so i put them back to how they were. Now it wont work at all,

It's like that everywhere, i've given it some time to see if it sorts itself out, but nothing happened.
 
I got some nasty graphical glitches when i first fired it up too (spec in sig)

The yellow textures were everywhere and i couldn't play what-so-ever, however updating to the latest CATs seems to have helped - it runs fairly well now @ 1600*1200 - by no means smoothly but defo playable :)
 
I'm at the page where it's asking me to enter the text/image to get my key. The image says 'invalid code'. Nice!

(Edit: it does explain what this means. Doh)

Closed. Ah well.

I have a similar setup (4400+, 2gb xms, x1900xt 512 (running at xtx speeds) and im have trouble running it at 1280x1024/medium, no AA or AF...what settings are you running at? (advanced graphics options)

I've tried setting some to low, like the ones i felt would be more demanding but i noticed no real difference.
 
Ridiculous - go through the whole registration to find the BETA is closed.

Don't you think it would've been nice for Fileplanet to tell me at the start?

When first loading up the game will look like it is artifacting as it is loading shaders.
Also make sure your not trying to turn Anti Aliasing on, its not supported in the beta.

This game looks incredible, and after one round I'm getting the hang of what I am trying to do. Can see me spending a lot of time on this!

Load of crap I signed up filled everything in then it said it was closed, bunch of **** could have told me before I filled everything in.
