Crysis shock

Sorry but anyone who genuinely believes Crysis is going to struggle on a rig like that could likely write down their entire PC hardware knowledge on the back of a rice crispie. Ludicrous. :p
:p :D :D

^ Totally agree, they would be right shmucks to make a game that 99% of the world's population would'nt be able to run!

They have stated many many times that crysis will easily run on higher settings even on a dual core cpu with 8800gts.

Kettle crisp packets are quite large though...

I still think this was all just put up as a joke. Or someone really not thinking before posting. If he said its in alpha, why did you feel the need to post it when its obviously going to have problems when only in alpha and with all the already stated points about sli drivers etc.

I wonder how the G90s will run it.

On to something more serious now.... Whats your favourite crisp type and flavour?

Yes, infact, i would assume that the 8600gts will be able to play it on pretty higher settings and there not the greatest of cards.

My friend who is a games tester needs to get outside in the fresh air and sunshine. He's chained to his computer day in day out and oddly enough he also comes out with equally unfounded, daft comments.

Seriously though, Crysis will look good and run good on a decent computer, simple as! I think folk who own a reasonable, modest rig will be very happy. All this "jesus man, we'll need a tardis to get the technology to run Crysis" dribble is just getting repetitive and quite frankly, boring to the point where i feel like gnawing my own foking arm off out of the frustration fuelled by these childish, speculative scare-mongers!

It doesn't take a genious to know that developers will make their games run on the average computer - they do this to maximise sales potential. On this fact alone rest assured that the game will run when you buy it.

Seriously, give it up, your wrong!

Basically yeh, we should just start telling people to use the Search funtion whenever people say anything about Crysis! :D
