Those wanting a solid 60fps in crysis at all high, i highly recommend 800x600 rez.

Could some kind person host the files from Crysis SP Demo\Game\Config\CVarGroups somewhere please?

I installed those Very high settings Cvars and forgot to back them up so i cant run on the original high settings.

Sent, delete whats in the folder and drop the original ones back in.

Hmm, my poor x1950xt takes a hammering with all on high and I had to use 1440x900 as I've got a 19" WS monitor, so if anything the scores would be marginally lower still.

Min - 6 fps
Average - 13.5 fps
Max - 21 fps

With the following system: e6300@2ghz, x1950xt 256mb @ stock and 2gb ram.

Not a lot of variation in hardware

I'll try my 8800gt's next week, only gain about 5-10 more fps tho.

I'm sitting up doing some Crysis benching and will be adding my findings to this thread.

Does anyone know how to access the game options (to adjust res/quality etc) without keep opening and closing the demo? those splash screens are doing my head in!

All the results are stored in a text file for your cut'n'paste convenience (u can delete the info as well before you start a set of runs).

Find

Crysis SP Demo\Game\Localized\Video

All files with "Trailer_" at the beginning can be renamed/deleted to deactivate the intro movies.

i dont really like postprocessing myself, so i guess it would run better with it at low. just tried it and average is 37.5/41/41.22/41.34
