CS:GO Discussion

These 5v5s have taught me nothing.
That is cause your level is like 0.1, and 10% of that is practically nothing.
I think it can raise your game. Compare it to an average mm game of rabid russian hoppers and it has to be improvement, win or lose

He's taking the ****. He played like 2 5v5s lol. Plus, he's chinese so he is just retarded :/

Cq247 decided to get a CSGO server. Struggled to get it to work the way I wanted (lousy documentation on the interwebs) but all sorted.

16 player competitive settings with the MG_bomb maps for now. Going to get the server populated tomorrow so all whalecum to join.

Got my first ace in MM yesterday playing with malteser, flighty and the lads. 4 kills with an AWP, a gun i usually never use and finish with a hectic pistol kill. Initial frag was a doubler to boot!

"Soundwave where do you want the awp"
(He understood me, Soundwave do you want the AWP)
"Ah, I'll take it but I never used it so don't trust me"
(2 rounds later)
"OMFG AN ACE!"

So i got my 4th ace yesterday and finally got promoted to gold 4, was stuck in gold 3 for a long time, not sure why.

I've been playing with some friends who are DMG and Eagle rank and it has taught me a lot, i've often top fragged with little deaths to my surprise against the DMGs and Eagles which is good!

Got myself a nice karambit fade.

Been practicing with the AWP a lot, getting good with it.

Gonna try participate in the 5v5s been awkward timing due to my part of not being online or starting games at wrong times.

There are often games where a player whose rank is above the average of their team buys AWP and then starts carrying them by killing 3-4 each round. The weapon is a true noob stomper so, as a noob, I naturally can't stand it. :p

once you get used to popular awp spots it becomes easier, also peaking slightly so your shoulder is on show then moving back 99% of the time forces the awper to take a shot, so you can move out to a better position or take a counter shot yourself.

Last night's 5v5 were good fun, got to play with some new guys that were nice, I also like the varied skill range, can teach newer and lower ranks a lot!

Next time we do it I'll get the stream on and upload some highlights to YouTube if any sick plays are made!

Hi guys. Moved house wont be back online till 9th, I've renewed the server for another month as I wont be able to get another one and set it up properly while I don't have internet. Enjoy.

thanks pal, feel like i'm improving all the time. i still don't know most of the maps and callouts.

dust 2 i know most call outs.
mirage i know some of them
inferno i know a few.
cache i know a few.

thats about it. haha.

Well the good thing Is from what I gathered last night you take advice on board well so I think you'll improve quickly :)

The call outs come with experience, it's good when your in a group that plays regularly though, most people use different phrases so can become confusing
