Joel you need to lower you IRL sens mate..bad recoil control is bad. Also no 360 Juan deags set to Darude Sandstorm so bad vid IMO

edit 2..OMG Joel you scrub, have to un friend you, you don't even have a skin on that deagle... I r disappoint

recoil control was shocking. You don't quite expect so much power from a handgun. I actually have my target somewhere, I was quite accurate. Fired some M4 and MP5 thing too.

Two quick questions if anyone knows

1. Is it possible to set up my Deathadder to 400 dpi only when cs go is launched? I tried to link csgo.exe in Synapse but the dpi remains 400 in windows as well. Anyone knows if this is possible?

2. I bought a pretty good headset (HyperX Cloud) but sometimes I have trouble figuring out where the steps are coming from. I have headphones enabled in options and stereo mode (CMSS 3D setting off) in Creative Console (sound card is a X-Fi Fatality Pro). Is stereo better or should I enable the 3D setting?

Anyone knows?

Doesn't Razer have some software bundled with it that you can set profiles based on the game your playing?

In respect of 1, I guess you can just change the in-game settings to get the desired effect. i.e. if your normal dpi is 800 and your game sensitivity is 2, then to get 400dpi, just double the game sensitivity to 4.

Ummm, wrong way round I think there Joel, an ingame of 0.5 on a 800 do mouse would give you the equivalent of 400 dpi on the mouse.

When I play with mine is use the training aim map on my own, if you are over shooting the targets when they appear drop your in game sensitivity a bit, if you are under shooting adjust it upwards. Iirc I play on 450 dpi with an in game of 2 ish.

Thats a typical rank up match because every rank there is well above you and they outranked our team in total. I dont think they were all random either because they coordinated peeking me from two directions at once

^ It is a SCAR? Well, SCAR-20 in CSGO is sniper variant. I think it's just a longer barrel and different stock. Both fire the big 7.62×51mm rounds.

Would be my weapon of choice in a zombie defense scenario (which inevitably will happen at some point).

Scar 17 I think is non automatic, civilian issue. I dont thikn even the real 20 is as good as in game
zombies, you'd want ak47 because it never jams

I am considering trying CS:GO. Bought it ages ago, played a couple of times and went back to Tribes Ascend. It just seemed like 1.6 with prettier graphics.

Thing is now Tribes is dead and to be honest the community isn't that great either. The servers are constantly crashing / lagging and I am looking to start playing a 'new' game.

I was going to give up my years long resistance to Quake Live and go back to to my online FPS roots (Quake 3), but I heard they have broken it so bad with the Steam release that it is even less like Quake than Quake Live used to be (which is an achievement in itself! )

So anyway my options appear to be limited. Do I go MMO? Planetside 2, Firefall etc? Or do I go for a more mainstream FPS? The truth is after playing Tribes I feel like going back to the run of the mill FPS title is going to leave me feeling a little flat. That said, I won't know unless I try! Suppose I could always go and jump into Titanfall and see what is going on there lately.

Might fire CS:GO up tonight and jump on the OCUK TS channel if anyone is about. I warn you in advance, though, imma gonna suck!

i didnt come from any previous ones so needed to learn the spray patters/recoil control for the guns.

ive not found hacking to be that much of a problem. ive encountered a couple of people that was definitely questionable but thats it.

Yeah in buy rounds M4 (with or without silencer) and AK are still weapons of choice (unless awping).
But there is a lot in the economics of MM to buy certain guns for certain rounds. anti-eco etc.

Hey guys.
Unsure if Ill be on tonight but multiplay servers are annoying me with their lack of ftp access which is why the plugins sort of work but are buggy.
Anyway Ive set up a new one with nfoservers ip is 31.186.251.108:27015.
Normal password.
If you guys have a 5v5 tonight/tomorrow can you use this and report back any issues/pings/reg as I have a 2 day trial on at the moment so need to know if we should stay with this host.
Plugins/admins/smoke test scripts should be setup.
