Jeeez.... That XENEX v exceL inferno game.... 46-42 final score :eek: Perhaps thats why no-one cares about UK eSports, boring as sin to watch - should have been EZ for XENEX too, looking at the rosters alone.
 
Morning All,

Has there recently been a VAC Ban wave? Do you get credited for games you lost due to VAC banned players?

It's been some time since I played CS:GO and I have noticed that I now have a much higher number of wins then I remember. Having played 1 game after inactivity I'm into LE skill level, rather annoying after very little play time over 1/2 months.

there has recently been a ban wave.

you dont get credited but they no longer count as losses (they just dont count)
 
It also seems at the moment that everyone is getting over ranked. Played with 2 eagles yesterday that I woulda thought were MG1 / MG2 level. I think the latest update / VAC has buggered up MM ranks.

Speaking from experience I'd disagree. I've got plenty of hours of source under my belt, playing on and off for about 4 years, only just been able to get into GO as my PC died (was on the way out at least) and recently got a new PC (as spec'd in sig). The servers I went on while playing Source we're always friendly, good spirited people and always full/a good number of people throughout the day. Of course some of those communities don't exist anymore although some have ported over to CSGO and are still doing well.


So anyway, with hardly any time on GO under my belt, finally after 10 wins I've got my rank; is Master Guardian Elite any good? :p :D ^having looked at those posts above I'm sure you're going to judge me as such - I can assure you I'm no noob ;)
 
CSGO Lounge is just the worst, I guess that's what happens when you incorporate real money in to a game.

With competitive, there is no room for error with randoms. If you make an error the chances are you'll get slaughtered and possibly voted off. Voice communication is so important in CS but it's not a fun experience playing with it.

If you could exclude the Russian's and possibly Polish then it would be a much more enjoyable game. Russian's especially ruin the experience for me.

CSGO Lounge is really bad but.... i actually did 90% of my trading from there. dont ever post on other peoples threads, just wait for a good offer. thats the way i did it. (made around £1000 profit from trading)

i solo'd once and was put in a lobby with 3 polish guys. as soon as i started i really thought "oh no" but they ended up playing really well and communicated in english (i was the only native english person on my team)

they added me and i ended up playing a couple more games with them too.

Yep I've noticed this a lot recently. Played with lots of people recently at LEM who are barely DMG level, pretty frustrating.

If I didn't want to play with people of the same skill level I'd just play ESEA/CEVO/FACEIT all the time. It's the only reason worth playing MM.
 
Last 4 games I have been the best player in the server for kills / point's and low deaths .... have been on the team that lost every time :(

People are intent on doing pistol vs awp or smg vs awp at long range battles
